MegaDome® fabric buildings are engineered for 25+ years of service. The fabric cover is rated for 15–20 years under normal Canadian conditions. We also offer re-covering services when the time comes — no need to replace the entire structure.
In most Ontario municipalities, structures over a certain square footage require a building permit. We work with clients through the permit process and can provide engineering drawings and load calculations. Requirements vary by location — contact us and we'll help you determine what's needed for your site.
Yes. We offer multiple insulation styles for fabric building interiors, including foam board and foil insulation. Each option improves energy efficiency, controls condensation, and keeps the space usable year-round — critical for Ontario winters. See our Insulation page for details.
Most buildings are installed in 3–10 days depending on size and site conditions. Our own crew handles every installation — we don't subcontract — so scheduling is straightforward and quality stays consistent. Once the pad is ready, we can usually be on site within a few weeks.
Yes. We repair and re-cover structures from all major manufacturers, not just MegaDome®. Whether the fabric is torn, the cover has reached end of life, or the frame has been damaged, we can assess the structure and provide a repair plan. Contact us with photos for a fast quote.
